This could possibly the most epic day of Moustache Growth to date!  I had asked a while ago for people to make me some signs of support to support the moustache growth and hopefully by getting them to make signs more people would come check out the Mo and Donate.

Well a week went by and no one had come through, which is understandable because its busy times, but today I got my first submission.  I personally am nominating these two girls for El Moustache Presidente!

So before I get to the fan signs I should introduce these unreal ladies to you people.  I met Vanessa and Jen last time I was back in Vancouver through one of my good friends Chris.  I was only back home for a few days so I tried to make the best of everyday and night.  I think that week I got a total of about 12 hours of sleep in 6 days.  So when Chris said he wanted to go out, I was game for it.

So Chris, Vanessa, Jen and I decided to go to Celebrities on a tuesday night and my god it was great, the Jen and Vanessa loved dancing, I loved dancing, the music was awesome, and I was with my good friend Chris!  So 3 o’clock rolls around and I drove Jen and Vanessa an hour ride home, and went on my merry way having had a great night!  I kept in touch with them because they are super rad girls and I hope to hang out with them when I get back to vancouver someday and also cuz I have a secret crush on jen… but don’t tell her.

Anyways, I had mentioned MoMoFoSho.com and said that if I could get them to make a sign for me, I could get more visitors based on the fact that gorgeous ladies pictures were on my website!  They seemed stoked.  TODAY, I got an email with 10 pictures to use on here and I couldn’t have a bigger smile, this made my week for sure!

Vanessa and Jen… Thank you!  You girls are amazing and I miss you and you just made me miss Vancouver more than anything!  I can’t wait to come dance the night away with you both!  You guys are up for El Moustache Presidente for sure!

Garret Biles - El Moustache Presidente Candidate

Garret Biles for El Moustache Presidente!

You never forget people that go out of their way to be kind to strangers.  Garret is one of these people in my life.  When I moved away from home to goto university in Prince George, I knew only 1 other person.  Luckily that one other person was my best friend Shane, Unfortunately Shane had a girl friend and lived on the other side of town from me and I never got to see him.

Back then I was big into Raving, I used to spin Happy Hardcore, which is probably the most hated electronic music ever made known to man, even though I loved it.  So I had posted on some Prince George Rave forum asking about the scene up there, and got a response from Garret AKA DJ Drat.  

Garret went out of his way to introduce me to tons of people in Prince George giving my university experience a big kick start when it came to the networking aspect of things.  In fact, networking is all I really did in university!  

I remember the first week of school was basically party week.  I shared a Dorm room with 4 people, and the living area was basically the size of a small child’s room in an average house.  We bought some lights, borrowed a big sound system and had Garret and another DJ named Jungle Bunny come play our dorm party.  We ended up having a line outside of our dorm room, about 50 people crammed into our living area and a party that people still talked about years after it happened!  This basically set the tone for my 1 year of university!

Although Garret and I lost touch after I moved to Vancouver and he stayed in Prince George, I will always remember his kindness to a stranger.  I think this proves that people with Mo’s are always caring people!

So I am happy to introduce Garret Biles as the 1st candidate for El Moustache Presidente!

What is El Moustache Presidente?

The Moustache Presidente is the person who can sport the best Moustache based on these strict categories of judgement:

• Stiff Upper Lip - Candidates Must Have a Stiff Upper Lip, the Stiffer the better!
• Moustachio - The Moustache must make you want to say Moustachio!
• Style Points - This isn’t just for the Moustache, but how cool the wearer is!
• Sellickness - Would Tom Sellick hang out with this person?  Note: Tom Sellick can unfortunately not be el Moustache Presidente.  Tom Sellick Look a likes can.  Do not ask why, it just is so.
• Serious Eyes - The Eyes need to own the moustache.
• Finally, Talent - The Moustache Presidente must prove some type of talent.

Barack for Moustache President!

Well, I am Canadian, and really don’t pay to much attention to American Politics.  I found it funny that the last President was Bush, and the Vice President was Dick… Dick and Bush… Comic Genius.. You can’t make this stuff up!

Anyways, This time it is Barack vs Mcain and really I can’t give a shit.  What I do care about is what they do when they do get elected.  As writing this, it seems that Barack has won, but knowing those Wacky Americans it might get recoounted and count chocula will somehow be the next president.

I think win or not, Barack should run for El Moustache Presidente.  He has a stiff upper lip!

I guess I will wake up on Movember 5th with some news about the new President, and probably won’t hear the end of it for another few weeks.

If Barack had sported the Mo, he would have won months ago!
